Preparation for da sushi Party...

I just came back from Lynda's place...
she organize a sushi party @ her new place since she have moved i have never drop be her new place b4 so as per request she make it happen that we all gather at her house for the ultimate sushi party...(we all have own list of what to bring there)
so i took over zia's list cause she can't make it there ... coz she just fly off to Melbourne for Zia wen graduation...

so my list is to bring:-
Shishamo( grilled pregnant fish)
Tamago(wrap sweet egg)
Inari skin(tofu pouch)

so i went for grocery shopping yesterday night with Raynor...
coz he ajak me out for dinner so i paksa him to teman me to tesco for my grocery shopping..:P

i was lucky to found Shishamo from tesco.... i didn't expect to find it from there...
i wanted to go tesco coz i know i could get inari from tesco....
so and bought 1 whole tray of eggs just to make tamago :P
and i did help my mom to do some grocery shopping too...

i have google some recipe from the net to make tamago it real easy..
so as i reach home i start to cook tamago...
cause i know the next day i wont have time to prepare it then put it in da fridge...

i have to cook it layer by layer then roll it up then cut into small slice and "ta dah" there go my tamago... as simple as that....

all pack ready to put in fridge... need to chill it..
so today i need to cook the shishamo (grilled pregnant fish)
today i went to 1Utama just to go jesco to get "Japanese sweet soy sauce"(kikkoman soy sauce)
but too dah i could geh it.. i ended up watching "bolt" haha i such a cute movie..i mean the character"Rhino" is soso cute...
soso back to shishamo...
since i could geh sweet soy source so i make my own 1...
didn't expect that i could make such yummilicious sauce... end result of da source...
after done with the source i have to deal with the fishy...
of coz de-frost the fish 1st...
then poke a satay stick through into da fish so that it easier for you to grill and also easier to eat .
done poking all da fishy...
need to dry the fish before you grill them...

so this is how it look like when i grill it with da sweet source that i prepare earlier.

so this is the end product of my shishamo... is ready to be eaten with the source...
btw my sauce can be use 2 way.. for cooking and also to dip... :P

so i got everything done and pack up by 8pm...

and by the way the shishamo is all gone by the end of da night :P
i didn't take picture from the sushi party cause we were all busy eating hehe...
